This cosy room is located on the ground floor in
order to aide those less able for stairs. It has
recently been converted from the old kitchen and
where the built-in wardrobe is, used to be the
recess for the Rayburn. The colour scheme
reflects those images seen on the nearby beaches
and offers a very calming atmosphere. Comfort is
in abundance with 100% cotton bed linen, feather
duvets, cushions, quilts and mohair throws for
the chillier nights.There is one tallboy and one wardrobe. Towelling
bathrobes are available for each guest.
The ensuite, marble tiled shower room has the
luxury of under floor heating and towel rail, at
the flick of a switch prior to your arrival.
There is a state of the art walk in power shower
(1200mm x 800mm). Ample storage for linen and
toiletries combined with beach theme accessories
makes this a shower room that you will look
forward to rinsing off the sand. The shower room
view can be maximised by opening the door to the
front garden in order to appreciate the
ever-changing view through the seasons with
hanging baskets, planted troughs, climbing Roses
and Camelias, and in the Winter months the scent
of the nearby Daphne bush and in the summer
months of the Philadelphus shrub.
